The idea behind La Bellezza
Our intention is to create the opportunity to see, feel, experience and express the beauty of being alive. We believe that experiencing true and deep beauty is a key that opens us up to ourselves and to life. That art, architecture, food, nature, wine, inspiration and people have the potential to touch us in a deep personal space that both belongs to us uniquely and communally. We believe that beauty brings alive an invisible thread that connects us to our humanity and to one another and that we should pursue it: true beauty and real connection.
We also know that for many women, we’ve lost our innate connection to beauty somewhere along the way and that we deserve to reclaim it.
We know the transformational power of travel and have created La Bellezza in the hopes that women will reconnect with and claim that power and create their own transformations. We look forward to welcoming you in Italy.

IS IT?
What exactly is the La Bellezza Experience?
Much more than a trip to Italy, La Bellezza is a rare and inspiring moment of reflection, revelation and reclaiming of your path in life. It’s a chance to discover and learn new things about yourself while discovering Italy. And above all else, it’s a chance to connect… with yourself, your fellow travellers, and the many wonderful Italians we will meet along the way. And of course, it’s a chance to shop, have fun and test out gelato flavors.
During La Bellezza you will deepen your self-awareness and reconnect to your power and purpose. We do all this through a curated exploration of a topic that most women have been perplexed with for their whole life: Beauty. Using Italy as our classroom–with all of its art, architecture, food, fashion, wine, history and culture, individual and group coaching as the catalyst for learning and personal empowerment, and Beauty as the key that opens us up to our interior life, La Bellezza is the transformational journey of a lifetime.

IT FOR?
Who is it for?
La Bellezza is for women only, but it’s not for everybody. You must be ready for this kind of journey. You must be ready to explore your relationship to yourself, to beauty and to the world. You must be ready to welcome some change, increased empowerment and self-love and self-care into your life, no matter what stage you are at.
Perhaps you are experiencing change in your life, maybe you’re entering a new exciting or unknown chapter, or you’ve had a significant life event. You’re at a point in your life where you are reflecting, “Where from here?”, but I want you to ask, “Who from here?” La Bellezza is a chance to catch up with yourself, with who you are now.
Together, we stand back and reflect and reject ideas or perceptions or ways of thinking or living that no longer fit who we wish to be. A chance to let go of whatever has held you back from being and living your true, authentic self.
It’s not only about what will happen during the trip, it’s what will happen to you because of the trip

Q: It’s called La Bellezza, but it’s not a trip only about beauty, is it?
A: What started La Bellezza was my own struggle with the worlds’ standards of beauty. But that was my own issue, my own personal roadblock that greatly impacted my sense of worth. I named it
La Bellezza because the concept of beauty and the beauty of Italy are simply tools that I use. My intention is to open your heart so that you can access your own truth. And Italy’s abundance of
Beauty is one of the keys that I use.
Q: What will I come home with?
A: La Bellezza is real. It’s not a new perspective, it’s a new you. At the end of this journey, you’re going to have a deep connection to your authentic self. You’re going to have more clarity about your purpose and meaning. More confidence to move towards,
whatever it is you’re after, or don’t even know you’re after. Most iimportantly, you will come home with a renewed sense of empowerment, ready to step back into life as who you truly are.

Q: Why a group? What does that change?
A: With a group, the impact and personal growth is exponential. What you’ve just learned, someone is just discovering, and vice versa. There is great wisdom in a group and learning is quickened as we mirror for one another.

An expert in emotional intelligence and life and professional leadership development, Marnee is passionate about connecting people to their power.
A certified EQ-i 2.0 and LCP Group and Individual practictioner among several other designations, Marnee led the marketing for a global corporation, and managed blue-chip accounts for the world’s #1-rated creative advertising agency. Marnee lives in Southern Italy with her husband, Massimo and their
daughter, Francesca.
About Barbara,
Your Accompagnatore
Born in Certaldo, Tuscany, a medieval village in the heart of Tuscany. Barbara grew up between her hometown and San Gimignano, surrounded by art, wonderful landscape, and food. Since she was a child she loved fashion, art and travel. She studied languages and graduated with honors from the University of Siena, specializing in Middle Ages.
For 20 years, Barbara was a Professor of Art and Architecture for Buffalo State College’s study abroad program in Siena. She is a licensed tour guide for Siena and its Province, founder of the Siena Experience Italian Hub, and author of several books, on Siena its Cathedral, Art & Crafts, Food and the famous Palio horse race.
